What is your standard shipping time?
Ship times are traditionally 7-10 business days. We keep individual product pages updated with the most accurate ship times so please take note of that when ordering.
Please note that we typically ship all items in an order at once however, we will occasionally ship items separately if one is on back-order or experiencing delays. If you would like our help understanding specific timing please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
Will you please help me with sizes?
LWD clothes run true to size with a little room to grow. If we happen to have a particular item that runs small, then we will include that information in the post.

Will you explain combination sizes?
Please read this carefully, as we realize it can be a touch confusing! Knit shirts, knit dresses, and minky dresses are combination sizes: 12/18m, 18/24m, 2/3, 4/5, 6/7, 8/9, 10.
*Please note that the tag may have the even size on it!
When you order a knit or minky top and bottom outfit, we will match the shirt size to bottom size that you are ordering, unless you indicate want to order a larger sized top. So please indicate when ordering that you would like a different size top!
What are your t-shirt sizes?
For Children's sizes – we offer 2T, 3T, 4T. These fit like typical toddler sizes and tend to run a bit small so you may want to order up a size and have some room to grow.
All other sizes tend to run fairly standard, and are as follows:
- Juvi 4, Juvi 5/6, Juvi 7
- Youth Small (6-8)
- Youth Medium (8-10)
- Youth Large (14-16)
- Youth XL (18-20)
- Adult Small
- Adult Medium
- Adult Large
- Adult XL
- Adult XXL
- Adult XXXL
Please note that in some cases we will offer t-shirts that specifically run small. We will always note this in the sales post and will advise you to buy a size up.
What is your return policy?
Lolly Wolly Doodle will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of perfume/odor or damages by the customer within 7-10 days that the order is received. Items that are custom or monogrammed/appliqued are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Specially marked discounted items and grab bags are sold as is and are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
