Effective 10/01/2018: Lolly Wolly Doodle will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of perfume/odor or damages by the customer within 7-10 days that the order is received. Items that are custom or monogrammed/appliqued are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Specially marked discounted items and grab bags are sold as is and are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the purchase date.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 calendar days from the receipt of the original order. Customers should email to start the process for returns. Please have your order number, current email address and reason for returning.

Please return in original shipping bag. LWD cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets the guidelines in paragraph one and two above and is approved, we will initiate a

100% refund to your original method of payment, less shipping fees.
